Cristiano Ronaldo fails to score one goal in highly anticipated Al Nassr debut, is brutally cheated

The world held its breath as football star Cristiano Ronaldo made his long-awaited Al Nassr debut, but failed to score as his new side defeated Al-Ettifaq 1-0 in the Saudi Pro League on Sunday.

In his debut match in Riyadh, Ronaldo played the full 90 minutes and kept the crowd engaged. Brazilian striker Anderson Talisca put Al-Nassr ahead shortly after the half.

When they saw Ronaldo fail to score a single goal in his debut match, fans flooded social media with memes, trolling the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.

Turning to Cristiano’s debut, Abdulmajeed Al Sulaiheem sent in a cross which Ronaldo rushed into the box to try and meet, but it sailed over his head and was met by Talisca, who was able to score.

Minutes later, Ronaldo scored a free kick outside the box and had a great chance, but his shot went high and wide.

In the second half, the 37-year-old raced the ball to the touchline and fired a menacing cross, but the resulting shot missed the mark.

Earlier on Thursday, Ronaldo scored twice for a Riyadh All Stars side in a 4-5 defeat to Lionel Messi’s Paris Saint-Germain in a pre-season friendly. With 14 games to his name, Al Nassr has surpassed reigning champion Al Hilal by one point.
