Parineeti Chopra has said that she fulfilled her nine-year-old dream and earned the title of a master diver. She shared a video to tell her story of how she went from diving as a hobby to becoming a master diver after thorough training and practice. The video shows different moments from her life as a diver. She says in the video: “They say life is what you make of it. What started as a hobby quickly turned into one of my deepest passions. Escaping hectic schedules, undergoing rigorous training and rescue sessions and continuing countless dives… I wanted to do it all. And today, nine years and hundreds of dives later, I finally earned the title of master diver.”

Sharing the video, Parineeti wrote on Instagram: “I am now a MASTER SCUBA DIVER!!! It’s an absolutely surreal feeling! My nine year dream has finally come true… All those years of focus, rescue training and hard work paid off!”

She thanked her instructors and added: “I am truly honored and can’t thank @paditv enough for their constant support, training and help throughout my journey! You guys are like family now. Also thank you Anees and Shameen Adenwala for teaching me everything what I know you. You are my dive parents forever! @scubanees @shameenadenwala. Can’t wait to go diving again.”

Fans congratulated the actor on her performance in the comments section. One fan wrote: “Amazing, acting life beyond… you broaden your horizons and become multidimensional. So amazing and an intelligent move from an intelligent girl. Another wrote: “Wow.. finally a Bollywood star who is also creative.. baqi tau (others are) (neutral face emoji).” Another comment read: “Congratulations lovee!! so happy and proud.”

Parineeti was last seen in Sooraj Barjatya’s Uunchai. She played a mountaineering trailer in the film with Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Neena Gupta, Sarika and Danny Denzongpa in the ensemble cast. She will now be seen in Imtiaz Ali’s Chamkila also starring Diljit Dosanjh.
