Rakhi Sawant Arrested After Sherlyn Chopra Police Complaint, Latter Shares Breaking News
The controversial queen of Bollywood, Rakhi Sawant made headlines when she was arrested by Amboli police a while back. Rakhi, who was set to launch her dance academy, was arrested on January 19, 2023 based on a police complaint filed by actress Sherlyn Chopra in 2022.

And it’s none other than Sherlyn Chopra, who announced the latest news on her Twitter account. Sharing details of Rakhi’s arrest, Sherlyn tweeted:
“Amboli Police has arrested Rakhi Sawant regarding FIR 883/2022. Yesterday, Rakhi Sawant’s ABA 1870/2022 was rejected by the Mumbai Session Court.”

According to the Mumbai Police, an FIR was registered against Rakhi Sawant under several sections. The FIR also stated that Rakhi showed an offensive video of Sherlyn to the press and also used foul language towards her. It has been learned that Rakhi will soon be arraigned in Andheri court.
Earlier, speaking to the media, Sherlyn Chopra talked about Rakhi Sawant and asked her not to get involved in the Sajid Khan controversy. In her statement, Sherlyn claimed that Rakhi hosts private events at luxury hotels and also hires boyfriends and husbands on a subscription basis. This sparked a war of words between the two actresses.

Rakhi has faced a lot of controversy lately. The actress recently uploaded photos from her court wedding to her boyfriend, Adil Khan Durrani. However, Adil denied their marriage, leaving Rakhi shattered. However, after a video of Rakhi crying inconsolably went viral, Adil accepted their marriage and announced the same on social media.

On January 18, 2023, famous media photographer Viral Bhayani took over his IG account and shared that he had a phone conversation with Rakhi Sawant. Viral wrote a long note and revealed that Rakhi was pregnant with Adil’s child and miscarried. He also added that Rakhi has been through a lot in her personal life. For the inexperienced, Rakhi’s mother is also discovered with a brain tumour.
