An old video of Jackie Shroff, Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan supporting actor Anupam Kher, after his punch to a journalist, went online on Monday. The video was shared by Rarephotoclub on Instagram. Salman said, “Unhone (Anupam) jo thappad mara hai na, accha kiya hai jo maara hai. Because yeh jo publicly hume thappad maar rahe hai, jo humari jo image hai, jo hum nahi hai, ghalat image jo portray karrahe hai has something well done by hitting. Because they hit us publicly by portraying our wrong image), it’s worse than someone hitting us. If you tell a lie 100 times, people will believe it.”
Later on, Anupam Kher talked about how his parents struggled to give him an education. He had also said, “Today my education, my etiquettes got messed up because I hit a man because he pushed me to the ball. I did three years of training for National School of Drama, one year of training for Indian theater .” , and three years I taught and then three years I slept on the road. Jackie Shroff said, “Headwomen, or fooling around with some other girls, we’re bisexual, or we’re gay, or something, that’s bulls***. They should focus and talk about our hard work. The whole nation enjoys our movies, they love them. That’s the only way of entertainment. Who has the time to indulge in all this idiocy?”

Anupam will appear in Vivek Agnihotri’s film The Vaccine War. It is all set to run in 11 languages on the occasion of Independence Day 2023. Besides Anupam, Nana Patekar and Sapthami Gowda are also starring in the film. Anupam was recently seen in the family drama Uunchai alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani and Parineeti Chopra and the Netflix series Trial By Fire.
